A mustache's best friend
One of his latest endeavors; Chaga! It is a type of mushroom that has all sorts of health benefits. He's been brewing it into a tea for the last few weeks and we both feel great. I'm not a huge fan of Wikipedia but it does offer some good info on what chaga is.
In the coming months we'll be foraging for ramps, fiddleheads, and various types of mushrooms. (DO NOT go out and just start eating mushrooms that you find. There are many poisonous and DEADLY varieties.)
